Every person begins with a comprehensive assessment followed by an individualized plan built around their needs, strengths, and goals. As needs change, we adjust care and connect individuals with additional clinical, rehabilitation, and community resources when appropriate.
Community engagement is at the heart of Harborstone. We work to build strong partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, hospitals, social service agencies, faith organizations, and other community partners to improve access to care and create stronger pathways to recovery.
