Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program

Building Skills. Strengthening Independence. Connecting Community.

At Harborstone Behavioral Health, our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) helps adults, children, and adolescents living with mental health challenges develop practical skills, confidence, and community connections needed to live more independently.

Serving Elkton and communities throughout Cecil County, our PRP takes recovery beyond the clinical setting and into everyday life. We meet individuals where they are and help them build on their strengths, achieve personal goals, and participate more fully in their families and communities.

Our PRP Focuses On

Recovery Happens in the Community

Each participant receives an individualized rehabilitation plan based on their strengths, needs, and personal goals. Through structured skill building, individual and group activities, and community-based support, we help participants practice the skills they need in real life.

Harborstone also works with families, healthcare providers, schools, social service organizations, and other community partners to create a stronger network of support around everyone.

Our goal is not simply to help people manage mental health challenges. It is to help them build meaningful lives, increase independence, strengthen community connections, and move forward with confidence.
