Our Residential Service Agency (RSA) provides personalized in home support for individuals and families throughout Elkton and Cecil County. Services are designed around each person’s needs, abilities, preferences, and goals, helping individuals maintain greater independence and quality of life in the comfort of home.

Our Residential Services Focus On

  • Personal Care: Assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Daily Living Support: Help with meal preparation, routines, light household activities, and maintaining a safe home environment
  • Medication Support: Assistance and reminders consistent with the individual's plan of care
  • Companionship & Wellness: Meaningful interaction, encouragement, and support that reduce isolation and promote well being
  • Family & Caregiver Support: Helping families maintain a safe and supportive environment for their loved ones
  • Community Connection: Supporting individuals in remaining engaged with healthcare providers, social resources, activities, and their broader community
